Vegas Moose can require three main verification categories: photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method. Its current FAQ gives driving licence or passport as photo-ID examples, and it describes proof of address as a utility bill or government-issued letter showing your full name, current postal address and an issue date within the last three months. Payment-method proof can include a photo of a registered card showing the cardholder name and last four digits.

The current Vegas Moose Help and FAQ pages say manually uploaded verification documents can take up to three working days to process or review. That is a manual document-review time, not a guaranteed total account-verification time. Great Britain rules separately require online gambling businesses to verify age and identity before a customer gambles.

What documents can Vegas Moose ask for?

Vegas Moose lists three core verification categories:

Vegas Moose lists these as document examples; an individual account can be asked for a different combination depending on what remains outstanding. My Account shows which verification items are required.

Photo ID: passport or driving licence

Vegas Moose’s current Help page says it uses a secure third-party provider to check ID documents. The user is redirected from the My Account area to that provider and follows the on-screen process. For passports, the guidance says to capture the photo page. For a two-sided ID such as a driving licence or National ID card, the process can ask for both front and back.

The same Help page says a selfie may also be requested to confirm that the person presenting the document is its owner. Its FAQ adds that a desktop user can initially receive a QR code to scan with a mobile device before following the verification instructions.

Vegas Moose asks for a clear, in-focus image with the document square to the camera and all edges visible. A blurred, cropped or reflective image can slow the process if it has to be submitted again.

Proof of address: automated route or manual upload

For proof of address, the current Help page describes an external utility-provider connection that can verify address details in real time. If the relevant provider is not available through that route, Vegas Moose says a document can be uploaded manually using its on-site uploader.

The FAQ’s document example is a utility bill or government-issued letter with the user’s full name, current postal address and an issue date within the last three months. It also warns that an address document can be declined when it is too old, does not show the necessary name and address details, or is submitted in the wrong category.

The “up to three working days” figure applies to manual document review. A connected utility-account check follows a different process.

Proof of payment method and card masking

Vegas Moose’s FAQ says all payment methods must be owned by, and in the same name as, the person registered on the account. That gives context for why payment-method documents can be requested during verification.

For a card image, the Help page tells users to make sure the card is visible without glare and to block out the middle eight digits of the 16-digit card number. The FAQ says the image should still show the card-owner name and the last four digits. The goal is therefore not to expose the full card number, but to provide enough information for the registered payment method to be checked.

Do not send more card data than requested

Follow the on-site instructions and do not send an unmasked full card number by email or through an unrelated upload service.

Which file formats does the uploader accept?

The current FAQ says documents uploaded on the Vegas Moose website must be JPG, PNG or PDF files. It also asks users to make sure documents are clear enough for the details to be verified.

File format matters because converting a document into an unsupported format or uploading an unreadable scan can create an avoidable rejection before the verification team even reaches the underlying identity check.

How long does Vegas Moose verification take?

Vegas Moose says manually supplied documents can take up to three working days to process or review. That is a manual document-review window, not a guaranteed end-to-end completion time for every KYC case.

Electronic checks can be faster, while document-based checks can take longer. Treat the three-working-day figure as Vegas Moose’s manual document-review window rather than a promise that every verification case will finish within three days.

Verification before gambling in Great Britain

Gambling Commission rules require online gambling businesses to verify a customer’s age and identity before the customer gambles. The Commission’s identity-verification condition also requires remote operators to obtain and verify information including the customer’s name, address and date of birth before permitting gambling.

KYC is not limited to withdrawals. Vegas Moose’s terms say it can request identification to confirm age, identity, current address and payment information, and that checks can be repeated when information needs to be kept up to date.

Great Britain rules require online gambling businesses to verify age and identity before gambling. That requirement is directly relevant to the Vegas Moose account journey.

What happens around a first withdrawal?

Vegas Moose’s terms state that identification is required to process a first withdrawal if the account has not already been verified. The same terms allow additional due-diligence or verification checks in some withdrawal cases.

First-withdrawal identification does not mean all identity checks wait until cash-out. Great Britain rules require age and identity verification before gambling, while further information can still be requested later when legal obligations require it.

Verification and bonus eligibility

Completing KYC does not automatically satisfy a promotion. A bonus can still require a particular account, deposit or payment step, along with its own wagering and eligibility conditions.

If you registered for an offer, read the bonus terms as well; a completed identity check does not automatically satisfy every promotion condition.

Verification checklist

If the problem is account access rather than document verification, see Vegas Moose registration and login. For bonuses, games, payments and mobile access, see the Vegas Moose casino overview.

What to prepare for verification

Vegas Moose lists photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method as the core verification categories. Driving licence and passport are ID examples. The address document must be current, a card image should expose only the required identifying details, and manual website uploads can take up to three working days to review.

The most important timing distinction is that three working days describes manual document review, not guaranteed total verification. Great Britain rules require age and identity checks before gambling, while further due-diligence information can still be requested when legally necessary later in the account lifecycle.
